ANZAC Day Ceremony

The ANZAC Day Ceremony was held on Tuesday 25th April, and was very well attended by locals and visitors to the town. Thanks to everyone who came along and to those who brought a plate to share for morning tea. The children who spoke at the ceremony did a great job.

A huge thank you to the shire staff and community volunteers who helped with the organising, preparation and assistance on the day!

A special thank you to John Duckworth who delivered the public address.  Thank you to David Kuppers, grandson of Dave and Charlotte Astbury, for the very moving trumpeting of the Last Post and Reveille.
