The development of a workforce plan is a requirement of the Western Australian Department of Local Government Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
The Workforce Plan sits alongside Council’s Long-Term Financial Plan and Asset Management Plan in both informing and resourcing activities determined in the Corporate Business Plan.
