SHIRE OF WICKEPIN
ADOPTION OF PARKING AND PARKING FACILITIES AMENDMENT LOCAL LAW 2025
In accordance with section 3.12(6) of the Local Government Act 1995, public notice is hereby given that the Shire of Wickepin has resolved to adopt the Shire of Wickepin Parking and Parking Facilities Amendment Local Law 2025.
The purpose of this local law is to correct typographical errors as advised by the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation.
The effect of this local law will enable the Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2024 to be enforceable.
This local law was published in the Government Gazette on 28 November 2025 and will come into operation on 12 December 2025.
