LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE
SHIRE OF WICKEPIN LOCAL LAWS REVIEW
Notice is hereby given under section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Wickepin proposes to review the following local laws:
- Health Local Law 2008
- Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2000
- Dogs Local Law 2000
- Pest Plants Local Law 2000
- Harrismith, Toolibin, Wickepin, Yealering Cemeteries Local Law 2000
- Standing Orders 1998
The above local laws are available by clicking here. A copy of the local laws may also be obtained from or inspected at the Shire of Wickepin administration office, 77 Wogolin Rd, Wickepin.
Submissions about the local laws may be made to the Chief Executive Officer of the Shire of Wickepin and can be made as follows:

Submissions will be accepted up until 4.00pm on Friday 6 November 2026 (being not less than 6 weeks after this notice is given).
